For every reservation, we ask for living expenses that include reception, beds made, bed linens and towels provided, maintenance of the swimming pool, final cleaning and end of stay check-out. The organization of weddings or private events without warning us is obviously outcasted. Any breach of this rule will bring a supplement and the maintenance of the warranty.
